Are you starting to think about the next years of your life? Do you want it to include things like music, dance, creativity and the arts? So do we! We are the Triangle Traditional Music and Dance Retirement Society! (We shorten that to “TTMADRS” or “2T”.)
We are a group of pioneers in the creation of a retirement community in Central NC focused on arts, healthcare, and innovative housing who have been researching, educating and creating possibilities for community living where people can experience playfulness, creativity, simplicity and meaning through all of the stages of their lives.

We realize that the information on this website ends with our Purchase and Sales agreement from over two years ago, as our efforts are focused on getting things done rather than keeping these pages updated.
Our zoning application has been submitted.
